Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This creamy shake offers a glassful of great flavor and more than 300 milligrams of calcium!

Ingredients :

  • 1 banana, medium, sliced
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Directions :

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice and honey until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
